For more than a decade, I have worked with individuals to clarify their desires and direction, improve communication, transition to new situations in life and move to the next stage with confidence.

As an ICF Certified Professional Coach, I bring a wealth of training, ethics, resources and authentic presence to each conversation. I am interested in a ‘whole person’ approach with practical, actionable steps toward change.
